Our Naturopath 

Dr Sabine Schellerer

Msc Pharmaceutical Sciences, Postgraduate Diploma (PGDA) Alternative Medicine,

PhD Human Biology - not a medical or dental qualification

Dr Sabine is a pharmacist and naturopath that brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a PhD in Human Biology and a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Alternative Medicine.

 

As a therapist, Dr Sabine’s approach is very individual, integrative and holistic, her treatment plans include nutritional advice after an in-depth evaluation of a patient’s gut health and their medical history. She is passionate about a variety of topics and has researched many aspects of health and wellness such as  women’s health, children’s health, sports medicine, hormonal imbalances, fasting and detox therapies, acid-alkaline balance and homeopathy.

 

Bringing together all her experience and knowledge, she is committed to helping a patient on their wellness journey. Originally from Munich, Dr Sabine leads a healthy lifestyle for herself and her family based on the principles of balanced nutrition and frequent exercise.

Dr Radhika Kamat

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, Bachelors in Naturopathic Medicine - not a medical or dental qualification

Dr Radhika Kamat brings more than a decade of experience in Naturopathic and Functional Medicine. She is a well established practitioner in Singapore for the past 10 years. Her expertise include gastrointestinal issues, chronic conditions such as thyroid health, chronic fatigue, autoimmune diagnosis etc.
Besides working with whole families, she loves working with children and has wide experience in managing common childhood issues such as recurrent infections, eczema, allergies, asthma etc. She is well equipped to deal with autistic kids and developmental issues. Furthermore, Dr. Kamat has helped many women with menstrual irregularities, weight issues, acne, hormonal imbalances and menopausal transitions.

Dr Kamat is an American certified and licensed Naturopathic physician. She graduated with a Doctoral degree (5yrs) in Naturopathic Medicine from the prestigious Bastyr University, Washington, USA, one among the few schools in the US that provides training in alternative and conventional medicine. She is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in State of California, USA. Additionally, she holds a Bachelors Degree (5 yrs) in Naturopathic Medicine, Rajiv Gandhi University of health Sciences, India. With her dual educational backgrounds in East and West as well as her life experience in different countries, she is able to connect to a wide range of population of different ages and culture.

Another strong aspect of her practice is having knowledge of both fields of medicine: allopathy and naturopathy. She can bridge the two depending on the need by interfacing with experts whenever needed. Dr. Kamat's array of treatments combine traditional healing wisdom with current scientific knowledge enabling her to better meet diverse patient needs.

Marie Belin is a dedicated holistic nutritionist with over four years of experience specializing in women’s health, metabolic wellness, stress management, fertility, and perimenopause. Her expertise lies in integrating evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, whole-person approach to address the root causes of hormonal imbalances and metabolic challenges. 

 

Passionate about empowering women, Marie provides personalized guidance to help her clients navigate the physical and emotional complexities of fertility issues, and perimenopause, improve longevity, and achieve lasting vitality. With a focus on sustainable wellness, she combines nutrition strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and stress management techniques to create tailored solutions that promote balance and resilience.

Chloe Kong

Chloe earned her diploma in Physiotherapy from Nanyang Polytechnic in 2013 through a scholarship awarded by the National Heart Centre Singapore. She completed her degree in Physiotherapy with Honours from Trinity College of Dublin in 2015, supported by the Social Service Award from the National Council of Social Services (NCSS).

 

Chloe brings over a decade of expertise in physiotherapy, specializing in pain management for musculoskeletal conditions, neurological rehabilitation (including stroke and Parkinson's disease), and post-operative care (ACL reconstruction, knee/hip arthroplasty). She integrates exercise-based techniques and clinical Pilates to enhance core stability, flexibility, and overall strength, tailored to diverse age groups.

​

Beyond her clinical practice, Chloe serves as a National Boccia Classifier with the Singapore National Paralympics Council, actively contributing to events like the ASEAN Paragames 2023. Her dedication spans from facilitating recovery to enhancing overall fitness, promoting holistic well-being through personalized care that empowers individuals to achieve an improved quality of life.

With experience spanning public health, military meal planning, food catering and manufacturing sectors, she has a diverse skill set that enhances her primary role as a clinical nutritionist.

Our wellbeing expert, counsellor and yogi

Anita Sadasivan

​Anita is a wellbeing expert, counsellor and yogi dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow and thrive. 

She has worked at hospitals, social enterprise and corporate EAP programs, helping numerous cleans to find clarity, manage emotions, rediscover joy and realise their fullest potential.​

As a counsellor, Anita is warm and empathetic, dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to express, process and heal.

 

She works primarily with adult individuals on topics such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Burnout, Emotional Regulation, Attachment, Relationships, Life Transitions, Self Esteem & Confidence, and Caregiver Support.

 

Her eclectic and holistic approach integrates Somatic Techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Person Centred Therapy.

 

Anita is also an active speaker and trainer, who has deliver talks and workshops on Mental Health at over 40 corporate organisations.
 

Outside of her work in Mental Health, Anita is a dance and yoga instructor, and volunteers her time as a docent at the Indian Heritage Centre.
